Frankenstein Head Cookie Cutter

Frankenstein Head follows a cartoon monster head with side bolt accents. The reference illustration shows swept upper hair, a broad face and simple scar motifs. Separate the hair from the face using clear icing colors before adding selected scars. The friendly Halloween character can accompany pumpkin cookies while tiny bolt and stitch details remain optional decoration within the complete outer silhouette. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
