Ballet Shoes 2 Cookie Cutter

Ballet Shoes 2 follows a pair of ballet shoes hanging beneath a tied ribbon. The reference illustration shows broad shoe openings, crossed ribbon accents and an upper bow. Use clear icing sections for the shoes and ribbon, simplifying the smaller crossed lines.
