Under Water Sponge 10 Cookie Cutter

Under Water Sponge 10 follows a whale-like character with a broad upper head. The reference illustration shows gray face, golden side ponytail and contrasting pink lower clothing. Keep the face distinct from the costume icing before adding selected facial accents. This underwater storybook character can accompany ocean cookies; broad panels can replace finely repeated tooth lines and tiny shaded fabric details.
