Snowman Cupcake Cookie Cutter

Snowman Cupcake follows a cupcake topped with a snowman head and hat. The reference illustration shows blue wrapper, pale snowman face and a dark hat with a golden band. Keep the wrapper distinct from the face icing before adding selected buttons and facial accents. This winter dessert shape can accompany holiday cookies; broad color panels can replace tiny wrapper stars and fine holly details.
