Inmate 2 Cookie Cutter

This costumed figure cookie cutter has a rounded hair outline, small side arm projections and broad lower feet with an extra rounded projection at the right. The reference decoration shows striped clothing and a ball-and-chain detail beside the shoes. Begin with the face and clothing areas, then pipe a few clear horizontal stripes. The ball is part of the connected cookie silhouette. Keeping its color distinct from the trousers helps explain that side detail without crowding the small figure.
